LEGO Teases NES Set After Online Leak


Following the leak of the LEGO NES set, the toy company has teased the official launch.

VJGamer posted an article containing images of LEGO’s upcoming NES set. The set consists of a CRT TV playing World 1-1 from Super Mario Bros. for the NES, a Nintendo Entertainment System replica console and controller, and the Super Mario Bros. cartridge. The full set contains 2,646 pieces.

LEGO website, Promo Bricks, reports that the set will cost €229,99 (approx. Rs. 19,565) and will launch on August 1 alongside the announced LEGO Mario sets.

In response to the leak, the official LEGO Twitter account all but confirmed the set with a short gif and the tagline "are you ready to play like never before?"
